Purchased an item from seller which didn't arrive when stated.
Purchased an item from seller which didn't arrive when stated. 1 week later still not here. Seller doesn't seem to think it's his problem. Ebay say wait another week. Not very useful when by customer is waiting for his stove to be fitted and I'll have to pay the fitter twice! Contacted seller, rude and refuses to give a refund, meanwhile Ebay hide behind automated responses. I came over to Ebay from Amazon but the service is .......... rubbish. So back to Amazon I suppose. AIBAA

Mentor5 months agoYou can only start a "not received" case after the estimated delivery date on the listing has passed. Do that here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
