Purchased an item but never received. Seller completely ignoring my request for a refund
Purchased an item over a month ago never received it and seller completely ignoring me. Taken my money and now I'm out of pocket and eBay says I've left it to late for them to give me my money back. I didn't realise I had 55 days to do this. To say I'm *bleep* off is an understatement

Mentor6 months agoActually you only had 30 days from the expected delivery date to make a claim.
