Hello, I purchased a wheelchair for my disabled grandmother back in September 2025. The handbrake has snapped of byitself indicating a manufacturer defect and the business seller who is selling this wheelchair with a 2 years warranty clearly advertised has not responded to a single email since 13th December 2025 what am I supposed to do as there is no option to contact ebay and the seller is not responding either to a single email I have sent them with proof and order details. This the item purchased and the seller as you can see it is advertised with a 2 year warranty. Can someone help me how to resolve this please? Thank you,
