Purchase trigger
Is there a purchase value which triggers the provision of a security code text. Recently, I have been asked to enter such a code when the item cost was £325 ( reasonable?) but later was asked to enter a code for a purchase of £115. Doesn't seem to trigger a code at £92. Is this a random trigger or is there a fixed trigger amount? Just curious.

Mentor5 months agoWere these collection items, if not, never heard of codes for purchasing, what purpose would they serve snd where did you have to use them?
If collection items they are required by seller to prove delivery.

OP5 months agopop-up came to say that I would be sent a code to my email address and that
I should then enter this code to confirm that it was me doing the ordering.
This has happened on a number of occasions as stated. I was just curious if
there was a value-related trigger point.?
