Purchase of hearing aids
Please Can you tell me what I do when I e made a purchase for £50 and the item has broken and I get intouch with the seller and they offer me a partial refund of £3 and told by the seller to glue them back together not very good seller would do that

Mentor1 year agoI also think that hearing aids should be bought from professional outlets to get the right strength and fit, not on ebay.

If so and you are within the 30 days, open a Not as described case.
If outside the 30 days contact your payment provider.
If you bought from an unregistered private seller then they should be reported to ebay, but that will not get your money back. I hardly thing a properly registered seller would tell tell you to repair it yourself.

Mentor1 year agoIf the item has broken within 30 days of delivery then read up on the money back guarantee and use it to make a claim.

And i don't think the seller is Been Fair I Paid £48 For 2 hearing Aids
>From The Seller And Part Of 1 Of Them Has Broken And Fallen Off So I
Contacted The Seller To Ask Me If I Would Except A Partial Refund Of £3 And
Told Me To Glue The Part Back Together When The Part That's Broken Off Has
Come Off And Been Lost While It Was In My Ear, And I Didn't Realise Till
Night Time When I Come To Remove It From My Ear And Noticed It Was Not On
The Earing Aid, I Don't Thjnk This Seller Is Been Fair About It, Its Not
Even A Full Week Yet That I Have Had Them
