Purchase not showing in purchase history.
I bought a book from World books and returned it for a refund. They’ve received it but haven’t issued a refund. The issue is when I go into my purchase history the books isn’t being shown so I’m at stale mate! Has anyone else had this problem?

Mentor3 months agoHow did you return for a refund as returns have to be done by opening a return case. If purchase is not showing then the return case would have needed to be opened as a Guest, which would be done through the email from ebay confirming the purchase.
Unless you returned using the correct system you may find it difficult getting a refund, as you will not be able to ask ebay to step in to force a refund.

The other possibility is that the seller has been suspended, and their account and the item have been removed from ebay. If so you would have to contact your payment provider about getting a refund.
