Purchase not being posted
Hi, i have bought an item from a seller who told me via the seller contact option that he would post my purchase on the 12th and it is now the 16th and he still has not done so. He is using royal mail 48 postage. He has also not replied to my message regarding him not yet even dispatching the item despite stating clearly that he would do so, albeit a tad rudely and bluntly.
The seller has impeccable ratings and reviews with detailed feedback from his buyers. Not sure what to do as i really want the item and would rather not just cancel and request a refund. Haven't encountered this before so im a bit flummoxed. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor5 months agoYou have 30 days from expected delivery date to open NOT RECEIVED CASES. Seller then has 3 days to respond if not you escalate to ebay. ON NO ACCOUNT close a case based on promises which cannot be enforced.
It does not matter how much you want to receive your purchases, if you do not use the system available to get a refund, then you will run out of time and end up with no purchases and no refund through the ebay system.
The system is automated and it is not worth while wasting time communicating with the seller.
