Purchase made, money taken from my account, not listed under purchase history. No item sent.
Summary: ukcaro-sjzglol4k expressed frustration over a recent purchase that was charged but not listed in their purchase history, nor received. They were informed that the parcel was damaged and returned to the seller. ukcaro-sjzglol4k also faced login issues with their eBay account and speculated about switching to Amazon. tressygirl suggested the possibility of a guest purchase and provided a link to manage a refund for items bought as a guest.
I made a purchase on 27th July 2026. The money was taken from my account on 28th July 2026. The purchase is NOT listed under my purchase history and the item has not been received.
I was told by EVRI that the parcel was damaged and was being returned to to seller, on 29th July 2026. Now it is the 5th August 2026. I cannot trace the purchase except for 6 separate e-mails from e-bay about it. I have experienced difficulty logging on to my e-bay account by constantly being told my password doesn't match.
Is changing my password four times in one week enough for e-bay? I don't know how much aggravation buy a pair of slippers can cause.?
Should have looked on Amazon I guess!

Mentor1 week agoIf the item is not in your purchase history page then it may be that you bought the item, as a Guest Purchase.
