Purchase is a counterfeit, seller won’t respond

Purchased pair Timberland boots at end July, they are counterfeit. No response from seller and they cancelled my return request .Have reported to eBay but how can I get money back?

eBay claims have to be started within 30 days of delivery. You have 120 days from date of payment to contact your payment provider, and ask them about a refund or chargeback.

While you can open a return case after the 30 day period, the seller can reject it and ebay won't help.
