Purchase from China
I recently purchased a pair of boots which looked lovely in the picture but when they arrived looked nothing like the picture and didn't fit. When l tried to return them l was told l would have to pay postage to China which would cost more than l paid for the boots
What do I do? Put it down to experience and bin them
I have contacted eBay but they don't offer a solution

Mentor10 months agoThe return should be to the address the seller has registered on their listing. If that was UK contact ebay about it you can request a callback on here:

It's possible they might enforce a refund without return.
