Purchase disappeared, unable to return

I purchased a hoody. The seller sent the wrong size. I have now sent two messages to the seller however my order has just disappeared from my purchases. What do I do now? The help buttons are sending me round in circles all leading back to me needing to click on my purchased item!

Dates and time would help.

Messaging is not the way to deal with wrong item, you open s NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, and seller provides a return label.
