I haven't bought anything yet, and every time I try to buy or view something, I get a message saying I've exceeded the required number of purchases. I need help, thank you.

Mentor11 months agoYou are in Algeria, that might be an issue but you need to ask on the .com boards, or ebay customer services, accessed though the .com site.
