Please tell me what to do in such a situation!!! My order was canceled by the seller, stating that it was out of stock or damaged, but in fact this TV is still available, only more expensive. When I placed an order for £179, about a few minutes after payment the price had already become more expensive by more than £100, so the seller canceled my order because he does not want to sell at a cheaper price. In this way, the seller is deceiving buyers

Mentor6 months agoIf the seller has cancelled you will receive a full refund. If for some reason you don't get the money back (there is normally a delay anyway) check the estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042&st=3&pos=5&query=Get%20help%20with%20an%20item%20that%20hasn%27t%20arrived&intent=ITEM%20NOT%20RECEIVED&
and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
You can report them to ebay. Scroll down to down to "Report a seller" on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022
But eBay are unlikely to take action for one report and apart from that I'm afraid there isn't anything you can do. eBay cannot force a seller to sell.
