PULL YOUR FINGER OUT EBAY !!!!!!!
Summary: swa2266 expressed frustration with returning a too-small item to what they believe is a "made up address." They are dissatisfied with the lack of assistance from eBay. tressygirl suggested contacting eBay Customer Services to get the correct return address and acknowledged the difficulty in reaching a live agent. They advised using the eBay app or insisting on speaking to a live agent and provided a link and times for contacting customer services.
+I recently purchased an item (from overseas) and it was far too small. I've requested a refund and started the Returns process. I was given the following address to return it to........

How can I possibly return the item to a "made up address" ?.........

Mentor2 weeks agoYou do need to contact Customer services for them to send you the correct address here, be aware for item too small you do need to pay for it's tracked return postage, was the item expensive, is it worth the return cost ?
If you do wish to contact CS, and I admit Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
