There are usual T & C's which is usually the item has to be £50 or over.
Also an expiry date, they don't last long. Sometimes, the promotions do not apply to all items.
Must be one of the above which excluded the promo for you.

Mentor3 weeks agoI think the OP is the seller and is querying the ad promotion fee being charged on the listed price not the offer. I think this is how ebay does it.
