Problem is I have 3 order already refunded and old over 90 days and this is still on the defect transaction and this kick my percentage up, BELOW standard. I asking him for the remove but nothing happened.
You may have been able to promote that item before but not now because, promotion boosts the item to the top of the search lists, so eBay monitor each category as to to how many they can allow. If every single application was accepted, there would be no point.
So if it's not there for your item, it's currently, not available for that category.

Mentor3 months agoIf your account is below standard that may be why you can't promote your items, the defects will stay on your account for 12 months not 90 days
