Promised refund never came...
I bought an item from china. It stopped working very soon after arriving. I contacted the supplier and they promised to replace it. I waited a period of time but nothing arrived. I contacted the supplier and they said the replacement probably got lost in the post so they would resend. I waited a further 4 weeks and still nothing arrived. I chased again and they said it had been lost in the post (again) and offered to resend. I said I'd waited long enough, so wanted a refund. They agreed. They now say they have tried to refund but it won't go through! I've chased and chased but they won't respond now. I have all the correspondence to show their promises! What happens now?

You have been played by seller, you only have 30 days to open ebay case.
