Product safety recall - refund help
Hello all,
i purchased an item from a seller. I have since recieved a product recall notice for safety reasons for the item. The item was purchased new.
The seller is unable to repair or replace the item and they are refusing a refund and refusing to pay for return postage.
it is just outside ebays 30 day rule so my “ask ebay to step in” option isnt there.
anyone have any advice on how i can actually ask ebay for help please?

Mentor10 months agoI am afraid ebay won't help after the 30 days has expired.
Their responsibility ends with passing on the recall notice.
Try asking Citizens advice for help.
