Product reviews have suddenly vanished off my listings
Hi all,
Has anyone else had the “Product Ratings & Reviews” section suddenly disappear from established eBay listings?
I have several listings where product reviews and ratings had previously been displayed, but they have now completely vanished.
I've contacted eBay and they advised that the issue is related to the listing's catalogue product/ePID match. I've tried their suggested fix, including removing and re-entering the EAN, Brand, MPN and item specifics, in the hope that eBay would reconnect the listing to the correct catalogue product and restore the reviews.
Unfortunately, nothing has worked and the reviews are still missing. eBay have so far been unable to provide a solution.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, have you found a fix or had eBay resolve it for you?
I'm particularly interested in whether anyone has managed to get their existing product reviews restored.
