Product recall notice stopping listing
I am trying to list a range cooker. A product safety warning comes up but it does not apply to the model I wish to sell. But eBay will not accept my draft listing.

Mentor10 months agoYou can contact eBay Customer Services see if they have a workaround for this.
I strongly recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning at 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there's more chance of Dublin answering, and maybe they are more aware of UK safety notices, than a call centre abroad.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
