Can anyone tell me how to like the refund system to PayPal or how to rectify it not authorising one?

·5 months agoAre you trying to issue a refund for an item you have sold?
Refunds go through Ebay in the same way that you receive payments, and are taken from the bank account that is linked to your Ebay account.
