Problems with my buyer address active since 2002
Since some US-centric upgrade to the addressing system, I have had to go outside eBay to complete one transaction. That was because a UK seller 'wouldn't post to Suffolk, UK'. Now, on a buy it now, I'm being told that the seller won't sell to a PO Box, which I'm obviously not. How on earth can I alter my postal details (perfectly fine for the last 23 years) so as to not upset this lunatic system? Thanks in advance!

Mentor11 months agoThere is a known intermittent bug to do with addresses. eBay say a delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line. Even if your address doesn't exceed that try moving just the road name to the second line and saving as a "new address".
