Problems with a seller
I bought an item on 13 September seller hasn't sent item. Generated a not received item report last Saturday, seller still ignoring me. I even sent them a message

Mentor1 week agoI wouldn't bother sending them a message. If you have an item not received case open, goto the case ask eBay to step in for a refund.

I sent them a item not received, report last Saturday, ebay have said I have to wait until tomorrow for them to step in.

Mentor1 week agoThose are the rules for a not received item case.
It gives the seller exactly 3 days, timed to the second from when the case is opened to respond with a refund.
If they don't , the option to escalate appears on day 4. Click on that, eBay step in and force the refund.
