OP3 weeks agoI sent the item back,tracked and they received it. This was in July, since then they have been fobbing me off with excuses, saying they would refund me and then they would say they hadn't yet received the item! They are clearly trying to mot pay.

OP3 weeks agoI have also contacted Ebay, twice now.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you used the money back guarantee in July you would have had a refund once the item was delivered or you could have asked ebay to help then. If you did open a case it has probably closed now, so ebay won't help.
