Problems updating payment account details

Hi. I had an email today saying,
"We require sellers to maintain a payment method on file to pay for fees and other selling costs. Your payouts are on hold because eBay has determined that your current payment method is not valid."
When I tried to add my debit card, it says it can't be verified, even though I used it today to buy goods on ebay.
I then checked my account details, which showed the debit card and one bank account, which it says is invalid. But it won't let me delete it, until I add another card. I don't have another card to add.
I really haven't the faintest idea how to correct this. I want to delete the bank account details, but I can't see how to do this. And I want to know why the debit card can't be verified.

Mentor1 month agoNeed UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website) on file in order to send, receive and request payments ? --- Best use a PC/Laptop to make the changes --- can take a few days to verify >
