Problems getting a postage label
Hi
I use a Jadens printer for my labels. Over the last few months I can’t get past get a label on the eBay app as it keeps buffering, I have to turn of my phone and restart it the manage postage, print, then forward to Jadens printer. Has any one else had the same fault and how do I fix it

App Performance Issue
The endless buffering loop on the eBay mobile app when generating labels is a known, intermittent bug usually caused by corrupted local app cache or outdated app/OS versions.
To permanently stop the buffering loop so you can print directly to your Jadens printer without having to restart your phone every time, follow these steps in order:
1.Check for Updates:App Store / Google Play.
Make sure your eBay app is running the latest version. Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), search for eBay, and tap Update if an update is available.
Verification: Open the eBay app after updating and check if the app loads pages smoothly without hanging.
2.Clear App Cache and Data:Phone Settings.
Corrupted temporary files often cause loading loops.
For Android: Go to Settings > Apps > eBay > Storage & cache, then tap Clear Cache (and Clear Storage if clearing cache alone doesn't fix it).
For iPhone: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > find eBay and tap Offload App, then reinstall it from the App Store.
Verification: Log back into the app and attempt to view a label purchase page.
3.Reinstall the eBay App:Clean Install.
If clearing the cache doesn't work, completely uninstall the eBay app from your phone, restart your device once, and then download a fresh copy from your app store.
Verification: The app should load the postage screen immediately without freezing.
