problem with return
i bought a gold plated bracelet, when it arrived itcwas nothing like the description.
i contacted the seller who the sent be their address via messages but then they declined the return via ebay, i cant speak to anyone on ebay and there seems to be nothing i can do

Mentor2 weeks agoReturns are not dealt with via messages. As said if you opened the correct case then seller has no choice and should provide a return label. If no label within 3 days on day 4 escalate to ebay.

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay sellers can't decline a return for an item that doesn't match the photos or description.
Is it still within 30 days of you receiving it?
Did you open an eBay return? What reason did you select for the return?
