Problem with return
Hello, I filed a dispute because the seller didn’t specify the exact condition of the item. I sent it back to them and paid over £14 for postage, but I didn’t select the ‘Return Item’ option on eBay. What should I do? I have proof that I sent it back and that they agreed to the return. How can I get my money back?

Mentor4 months agoIf you had done this properly by opening a Not as described case, the seller provides the return label.
By not using the proper system, then you will be lucky if seller will pay the £14, and in fact you have no way to enforce a refund.
What do you mean by “filed a dispute”?

When did you receive the item and when did you send it back?
