Problem with order cancellation
I made an offer on eBay and it was automatically paid from my card. I immediately requested a cancellation and the seller accepted it, but this idiotic service called eBay kept me waiting for three days and then cancelled the cancellation request. Now it says I have to wait another two days and then open an “item not received” request.
Are you even competent, or is no one there using their head?
Why are you using my money for your own benefit?

Mentor7 months agoI have to ask,
Why make an offer if you didn't intend to buy?
This is why sellers can select "Immediate payment" if offer accepted.

You are shouting and being angry at the wrong people, we are members here like yourself, no one from eBay comes to this board, aside from Community Managers and their posts are outlined in a blue box.
You say the seller accepted your request, they had to manually cancel the order not just accept it through a message. Looks like they haven't done this as eBay could not deny that request there'd be no reason to do this. You do have to wait one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery to open that case for item not received.
