Problem with buyer's address

Question

When I try and get the prepaid label it comes up with an error screen for the buyer's address (the house number and street have no spaces between them and the postcode may be similar). I've messaged them but they haven't done anything. What can I do?

You can either cancel/refund the transaction via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list. Ask buyer to correct their address format on ebay and then relist for them to buy and pay again.

Or write you own label and post outside of the ebay system. You can't change tracking number but if necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days.
