Problem with buyer
I sold a item then the buyer said it was wrong so sent it back to me but for some reason it got sent back to him but eBay are holding my money saving I got to give a refund but I haven't received the item

Mentor2 weeks agoif buyer opened a proper return case, then you should have supplied the return label, which should have prevented being returned to buyer.
Unless returns are done strictly in accordance with the system, then things will go wrong and if buyer escalates to ebay they will no doubt refund at your expense.

Mentor3 weeks agoAccess to your account is needed to see exactly what has gone on here, so you need to contact CS.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
