Problem is with an item that is listed twice. One of the listings has got a different user name than mine. I am finding it very hard to explain without actualy being able speak .I a telephone conversation possible ?

Whichever one you cancel, you need to message the buyer and explain why you have had to cancel the sale.

OP10 months agoI sent a message to rrvn2635 ("Am I sending this message to myself ?") and it came to my email. This number is not relevant to me at all. As it is still connected to my account, I will leave it for now and try delete it after this auction

Mentor10 months agoIf it's a different usernme then it's not your item unless you signed in using Google,Apple or Facebook then this opens another account.
What are the two item numbers please?

Mentor10 months agoOk found the 2 listings the other account rrvn2635 was opened 2 years ago but never used most likely by you signing in using one of the above methods,you need to end this listing and then you can close the account if you wish
