Problem paying for an item
I have made a purchase today and I am trying to pay. The payment screen says to confirm my Phone number and email address. These are both correct and verified but the pay button is still greyed out.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Were you trying to pay using your eBay balance as we have had reports of this happening on desktop. It has been logged with tech to investigate.
