Problem Loading a Video Clip to Listing
Hi
I am trying to add a short video clip to a listing but the upload either gets stuck at around 20% or fails to upload with an error messge. As far as I am aware it meets all the criteria regarding length, resolution, format, etc. I have tried on a laptop on both Firefox and Chrome browsers and have also tried reducing the resolution but no luck. Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

Mentor10 months agoStick with a laptop and Chrome, and add a photo first , before adding a video, see if that helps.
The only other info I can offer is the following, from an eBay help page....
You can only add one video per listing, but you can use the same video on multiple listings - you just need to upload it once.
Upload a video using the new listing tool by selecting Add video from the Photos & Video section: - The video should be .mp4 or .mov with a 150MB limit, or about one minute long - The new listing tool is currently only available to Seller Hub users, but all users will have access eventually https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/creating-managing-listings/add-video-to-listing?id=5272
