Private seller with item more than £20 and larger than simple delivery allows?

Question

Selling a larger item for more than £20 for a private seller (ie- beyond the size limit for simple delivery). Is this no longer possible?

I have a surfboard to sell which would have been possible in the past using Parcelforce Express 48 but I don't seem to have the option to use this?

You need to look for the "oversize" option during the listing process. That enables you to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own choice of postage. That availability depends on category so you need to change category or sub-category until it's an option. Try on a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
