Print Postage Label Not Available

Hi,

I need advice from the community about an item I have sold that is due to go abroad (via global shipping).

For whatever reason, the print postage label link is not available on this item so I am unable to proceed with it.

I have been told by the ebay team that it us a technical glitch but it hasn't resolved itself like they said it would.

Anybody else had this problem and do you know how to reslove it?

Can you get the QR code and take the item to your local Post Office and get them to print the label there?

No QR code, the blue ' buy postage label' is greyed out, so the link is not working, and in red letters it says above 'something went wrong, please try again' but it wont change
