Does anyone know why my listings have increased today by 2p?

Yesterday an item was £8.99 with the buyer protection fee, now today it's £9.01, £9.99 yesterday, today £10.01, £19.99 yesterday, today £20.01 and so on! Phoned eBay, no one knows the answer!!
