Mentor10 months agoUnsold items remain in your unsold listing for 60 days if you are on My eBay Selling, and for a maximum of 90 days if you are on the Seller Hub.
After that, they are permanently removed, and you'd have to start from scratch with descriptions and photos, if you wish to relist those items.
