Prepaid label greyed out
I have just made a sale and have gone to load the prepaid label but the button is greyed out. The buyer has chosen dhl which I haven’t delivered through before and I haven’t had this issue before either. Any ideas?

It may have given the option to bring the label with the courier if its for collection.
