Prepaid ebay label has wrong postage. Help!
I received a prepaid label for an order with multiple items for the same order but only charged 85p, postage should be over £7. How can i correct this? I originally selected evri as the courier but ebay has chosen royal mail. How can i correct this?

Mentor6 months agoYou'd have to cancel with buyer's agreement and relist on one listing with correct postage for the buyer to buy again.

OP6 months agoThank you for the advice. I think i will try mentioning the postage seems too low at the post office and either pay the extra postage or failing that get a new tracked label of my own from royal mail. Don't mind losing 85p too much. Just checking here the best route to take.
