Prepaid delivery option unavailable
My item sold but the prepaid delivery would not highlight , therefore I had to send the item privately. Now the funds haven't been released, suggesting the item has not been sent. I have a receipt for the delivery. However, there doesn't seem to be any way of speaking to someone at ebay, just some automated answers that don't seem to cover my issue. Has anyone had this issue, and do you know how it can be resolved?

Mentor10 months agoGo to 'Orders Paid & Dispatched'>View order details>Postage,use dropdown by Track Package you should be able to update the number there.
If you had buyer pays for delivery they will receive a refund of the postage,if it was seller pays you have to apply for refund here https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller within 14 days
