Posting to Puerto Rico - country not listed on GSP

A customer from Puerto Rico wants to order from me. Puerto Rico not listed on GSP either as a deliverable country or an excluded country. So it is not possible for the customer to place the order. Just spent an hour with eBay customer service. They told me to ask customer to login to eBay.com and order that way. However, I have just logged into eBay.com myself and Puerto Rico is not listed there either???? Am I missing something, has Puerto Rico been removed from GSP? Am I spelling incorrectly?

Mentor4 months agoYou will need to work put postage yourself, e.g. Royal mail & send buyer an invoice.

OP4 months agoHi, thanks for the reply - I'm only interested in using eBay GSP for international sales. I don't want to have to work out postage costs, import duties, paperwork etc and I will be covered.
