posting items under £20 in value
hi i sell lots of small items under £20 in value and free post so i want to remove the option for the new simple delivery as the cheapest postal cost on there is more than the cost for mr to send them large letter
I have searched everywhere and cant find how to remove it or add my own postal options as E bay says you can selling items of low value

Mentor6 months agoYou can only opt out of Simple Delivery for large letter items under £20/100g (exc buyer protection fee), but it's only in some sub-categories and you won't know for sure until you list something. If the custom postage option doesn't appear then it's not eligible to opt out.
