Unable to show item as dispatched. Don't want to use Ebay label due to cost and have lots of my own stamps to use. Getting fed up with trying to do this despite following their on-line "help", after 20 plus years using the site about to call it a day!

Mentor6 days agoYou won't be able to mark it as dispatched if you didn't use the eBay postage label, but you will be able to add any tracking number to an eBay item not received case if your buyer opens one.
I note that you have free postage (seller pays) so you could buy the label, which will mark it as dispatched, but you'll then have to jump through hoops trying to get a refund for it. I wouldn't recommend this, I'd just let your buyer know that their order has been dispatched and that the tracking number is XXXXX.
