Posting item over 120cm
EBay recommended simple post for my item but it is over 120cm. The buyer has paid for simple post. How do I post it and recover the cost?

The courier is supposed to accept your package providing it remains within the maximum weight and dimensions for the service. However that doesn't always happen.
If you didn't use the recommended parcel size and your item is exceeding the maximum size and/or weight of the label, you should cancel the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy again.
Look for "Bulky parcel" or "Oversized" at the bottom of the weight pop-up under the Package size heading, Both depend on category or sub-category and have to be done on a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
