posting fees, what's going on?

Hi,I'm making a listing and all I see is "simple delivery"I can choose the size but nothing else.If I want the item tracked how do I select that?Also, sidebar question: has the eBay shipping interface gotten better over the years?It feels just as nebulous and suck-and-see as it ever was.Thanks,

Returns

This statement means nothing, buyers always protected by eBay 30 day MBG, you can't override this.
