Posting envelope / small parcel
Hi ive a buyer who has purchased an item old mobike phone box which i listed with postage as a 2nd class large envelope. However I think its best I send it as a s.all parcel. Hes paif 5.50 in postage so should cover parcel. Shall I go ahead and send it or cancel reinstate item as a small package as posting?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou may be able to change size and/or weight of the ebay label. Click on Get Prepaid Label and under the heading Package details click on the pencil icon and you should get: "No extra charge. Changing your package size won’t cost you anything." Then use the dropdown menu to change dimension or weight.
If not if you buy something else you will be paying for that yourself. it would be better to cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage.

Mentor3 weeks agoWhy if it is large letter size, would you want to send as a parcel. Large letter would not be Simple Delivery, but I am sure parcel would be.
