Posting a virtual item
I have sold a virtual item on eBay and it was bought so I gave the buyer the item straight away but eBay is asking me to post the item and get a tracking number but it’s virtual so I can’t what should I do

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can't list most virtual items on eBay unless you put them in the correct category, for example your current listing is listed as a wall decal. If you see a postage option when listing your item it means that it must be posted.
There's nothing you can do here, your payment may be released after 14 - 30 days but your buyer is in a position to claim not received and get a refund.
