Hi guys,
I’ve just sold a y2 iperesspresso coffee machine.
How do I go about posting this as it’s 32kg and it won’t let me enter the weight in as it’s assuming it’s between 10-20kg

Mentor3 months agoIt's odd in that you seem to have sold 2 of these for the same price with £5.88 for postage.
If it really does weigh 32kg I would guess that postage will be much much more and you will possibly need a specialist courier.
Shiply used to be able to source couriers based on weight and distance but if it is really extortionist you may wish to cancel the sale[s]

OP3 months agoIt’s from the same buyer as I cancelled the first sale so it could give me more time to sort out the postage

Mentor3 months agoYou can either buy postage outside of ebay but you'd be paying for that yourself. Or explain issue to buyer then cancel/refund the transaction and relist with correct postage. That will mean using a category that allows you to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage.
