posted two things to a buyer in one box, but only one is showing as despatched
one buyer purchased two items from me. I posted both in the same box, but ebay is only counting the first item as having been despatch rather than combining them like it usually does.
they're also charging me for two postage labels.
I think that this may be because the buyer offered lower price on one and I accepted it.
How do I correct this after the parcel has been despatched.

Mentor6 days agoI replied to this about 45 mins ago but it's held up because I posted a link to get refund for the unused label. It will be approved but probably not until the morning.
Apart from the link I said that if you open the original prepaid label (click on Get prepaid label > print label) that should mark the item as dispatched. The label will remain unused. and if you paid for it (had free postage on your listings) you can cancel it to get a refund. If the buyer paid for it they will be refunded automatically in 30 days. The payment for the untracked item may be held for 14 days.
